Join colleagues and industry partners for a day that combines professional networking with engaging outdoor and creative activities. More than just a clay shooting tournament, this year’s event includes an opportunity for shooting instruction and other fun experiences.  All events will take place concurrently, beginning at 10:30 a.m. following breakfast. Choose the one that most appeals to you!

  • Tournament package – Tournament participants will compete on the course alongside state and firm teams.  Participants can bring their own guns or use the venue's guns at no additional cost.  12-gauge and 20-gauge shotguns will be available for use.
  • Shooter training package - Instructional shooting sessions led by Riverbend’s experienced instructors.
  • Guest package - Enjoy a guided nature experience through the property or participate in a structured painting class paired with a wine tasting.

The day will conclude with a group lunch and live entertainment for all participants, followed by awards and raffles to close out the event.

Advance registration is required for all packages, and space is limited. Early sign-up is encouraged.  Sign up during conference registration!

Event Format and/or Additional Details: Dress is casual; closed-toe shoes are mandatory on the shooting course

Transportation Details: If using the provided transportation, shuttle pickup will be at 8:30 a.m. from the AC Hotel. For anyone driving to the event, breakfast will be served from 9:45 a.m. until 10:15 a.m. A mandatory safety meeting will take place at 10:15 a.m. If you are using the provided transportation, the shuttle will depart from the lodge at 3:45 p.m. to return you to the AC Hotel.
