Vince Gastoni is a Parsons Fellow and subject Matter Expert in major project delivery and complex and long-span bridge design. His 35 years of experience started at the California Department of Transportation and has been with Parsons for the last 25 years. Vince is experienced in almost every type of bridge and foundation type, including steel girder, segmental concrete, cable-stayed, and suspension bridges. He also has provided Owner-side services for design and construction engineering as well as leading multiple Design-Build and CMGC projects. Vince is currently Parsons Design Manager on the Missouri-Illinois Chester Mississippi River Bridge and Project Manager on the GDOT Tallmadge Rehabilitation Project and the TDOT/ArDOT I-55 Mississippi River Bridge CM/GC Project where Parsons serves as the Designer of Record.
