Alison has served FDOT for 11 years in key leadership roles, including Transportation Development Director at Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise, Director of Policy Planning, District Five Planning and Environmental Management Administrator, and Planning Manager. With more than 25 years of transportation planning experience, she brings a strong local‑government foundation and a practical perspective on regional growth, infrastructure delivery, and project implementation. Alison is a certified member of the American Institute of Certified Planners and holds a bachelor’s degree in environmental science and management from Michigan State University and a master’s in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Florida.
