Tyler Graham is the Freight Systems Branch Manager for the Texas Department of Transportation's Transportation Planning & Programming Division. Based in the agency's headquarters in Austin, Tyler and his team oversee the Texas Freight Advisory Committee and develop data-driven, stakeholder-informed multimodal plans for TxDOT, including the State Freight Plan and Texas Triangle Multimodal Strategic Plan. Outside of Texas, Tyler represents TxDOT's freight planning program on a national level by serving as a member of the TRB Standing Technical Committee on Freight and Logistics Planning and Modeling and National Cooperative Highway Research Program panels on goods mobility.
