Mr. Bickley is a Project Manager with the South Carolina Department of Transportation’s Office of Alternative Delivery, where he leads the procurement, design, and delivery of complex design-build projects across the state. He brings more than 16 years of experience with SCDOT across road design, geotechnical engineering, and project management. He is a Clemson University graduate, a licensed Professional Engineer in South Carolina, and an Associate Designated Design-Build Professional. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling with his wife, daughter, and their two dogs.
