Kelly Martin is the Assistant Director of Metro and Rural Planning for GDOT. With more than 20 years of experience, she leads the team responsible for coordinating with the state’s 16 Metropolitan Planning Organizations (MPOs) & developing the Statewide Transportation Improvement Program (STIP).
