Jason serves as an FDOT Corridors Program Office Principal and as the Program Director of Innovative Delivery for the Moving I-4 Forward Program. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Juris Doctor from Florida State University. He is AICP Certified, a Certified Public Manager, and a member of the Florida Bar. Jason previously served as the Director of Environmental Management for the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) and has served as FDOT’s Chief Counsel for Contracts.
