Morgan County serves as an FDOT Corridors Program Office Principal and as the Program Director of Controls for the Moving I-4 Forward Program. Morgan is a University of Florida graduate, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. He’s a registered Professional Engineer and has 25 years of experience working in the transportation industry. He has been serving as a consultant to the Florida Department of Transportation throughout his career, managing a variety of projects that range from early-stage Planning/PD&E to the delivery of complex contractor-partnered Design-Build jobs
