Marc serves as an FDOT Corridors Program Office Principal and the District 5 Corridors Program Office Liaison. Marc holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University, a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and is a licensed Professional Engineer. Prior to taking his current role, he worked on several large transportation work programs and mega projects across the US and Florida, including Tampa's Westshore Interchange, the Southwest-Central Florida Connector study, program and design management at Florida's Turnpike Enterprise general engineering consultant, and the Marquette Interchange.
