Courtney serves as an FDOT Corridors Program Office Principal and as the Senior Program Director for the Moving I-4 Forward Program. Courtney holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Clemson University and is a licensed Professional Engineer. Prior to her current role, she served as the North Florida Program Management Lead for RS&H and oversaw the program management of contracts for Owner’s Representative, Continuing Services, and General Engineering Consultant services. Courtney has experience in managing contracts across several delivery methods, including Modified Phased Design-Build, Phased Design-Build, Design-Build, and Construction Manager/General Contractor.
