Jackie Kawa, P.E., has served as a traffic operations and design engineer with Kimley-Horn for more than 12 years. She specializes in traffic signal system optimization, a focus that has grown into a passion for special event operations. Jackie has led teams in developing and implementing special event signal timing plans and active traffic management strategies for major events, including Detroit Tigers games in Detroit, MI; Atlanta Falcons and Atlanta United events; Super Bowl LII; concerts and other events; and the FIFA World Cup at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, GA.
