most iconic destinations. The tour begins with a brief presentation highlighting the
history, development, and significance of the Swamp Rabbit Trail, Falls Park, and Liberty
Bridge. Participants will then enjoy a guided walk through these signature public spaces.
Representatives from Strinteg will provide an overview of the bridge inspection process, while
city officials will share the story behind the bridge and its importance to Greenville’s downtown
area. Throughout the tour, participants will learn how the Swamp Rabbit Trail became a vital
connector for recreation, transportation, and community life in the upstate. The tour provides
a behind-the-scenes look at how these destinations came to be and how they are maintained,
while giving participants a chance to experience these scenic landmarks firsthand.
